SEM Specialist Job Description
This role focuses on managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, targeting DTC e-commerce brands. Key responsibilities include optimizing ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving ROAS & CPA, and developing a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics to drive profitability.
Must-Have Skills:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center.
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads.
Bonus points are given for familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce, knowledge of email marketing & CRO strategies, and experience working with DTC brands in apparel, streetwear, or fashion.
