A fast-growing, industry-disrupting medical aesthetics and aesthetic technology company is hiring a Country Manager for Brazil to own commercial strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and scale distributor partnerships across one of the world's largest and most dynamic aesthetic markets.
This is a rare opportunity for a senior commercial leader to shape the trajectory of a category-defining brand in the energy-based device, capital equipment, and medical aesthetics space.
About the Role
Reporting directly to global leadership, you will:
* Own commercial strategy for the Brazilian market
* Lead, coach, and develop a sales team of 3–4 Account Managers / Sales Representatives
* Build, manage, and optimise distributor and channel partner relationships across Brazil
* Drive aggressive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand positioning
* Advise the executive team on go-to-market strategy, pricing, market trends, and when/where to pivot to capitalise on emerging opportunities
* Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and clinic chains
* Forecast, report, and deliver against ambitious quarterly and annual targets
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in the medical aesthetics, aesthetic devices, energy-based devices, medical capital equipment, or related healthcare sector
* Deep understanding of the Brazilian aesthetic market, regulatory landscape (ANVISA), distributor ecosystem, and clinical buyer behavior
* Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
* Experience managing distributor partnerships and indirect sales channels
* Strategic mindset – able to advise on pivots, market entry, expansion, and competitive positioning
* Strong network of KOLs, clinic owners, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons across Brazil
* Fluent Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus)
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on, comfortable in fast-paced, disruptive, scale-up environments
* Based in Brazil (São Paulo preferred but open)
