A Data Cloud Consultant will conduct customer discussions around requirements and technical drawings. This role involves developing software programs based on technical specifications following programming standards and procedures, performing unit tests, making program modifications, and addressing problems by diagnosing and correcting logic and coding errors.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have degrees in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. They will be fluent in English to conduct technical meetings with offshore teams, support teams, and customers outside Brazil. They will have experience with data architecture, writing SQL queries, and data modeling, governance, and architecture performance practice and guidelines. They will be proficient in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce using the Import Wizard and Data Loader utility. They will have experience in handling multi-country deployments and managing multiple instances of Salesforce.com. Experience with setting up and customizing managed Field Service packages is a plus.
