Automated Inventory Management (AIM) team is seeking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to pioneer in Supply Chain projects for Brazil to be based in Sao Paulo. This strategic role will lead the implementation of scalable solutions to enhance Brazil Supply Chain, focused on optimizing processes and improving outputs considering those countries specific challenges for Retail and Operations.This person will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of Amazon supply chain operations through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. You will work closely with Scientists, Developers, Supply Chain and Operations teams to build scalable, high insight - high impact products and make improvements to business outcomes within your area, enabling execution of WW and local solutions.Key job responsibilities
- Work with internal teams to understand opportunities and metrics, being able to understand defects and and drive requirements definition for system changes.
- Own and develop an end-to-end product strategy for supply chain optimization, focusing on customer experience, automation and Brazil specificities.
- Build and implement scalable solutions for weekly deep-dive analytics on planning, forecasting and inventory metrics at various business levels.
- Lead product development for new solutions, being able to track business and operations inputs, and understand improvements required to achieve optimal results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, category managers, and supply chain teams to identify opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
