 
        
        Job Title: WordPress Technical Support Specialist
The WordPress Technical Support Specialist will work directly with clients to troubleshoot issues, develop new pages and implement minor CSS corrections.
Responsibilities include:
 1. Finding and fixing problems by checking logs, debugging and conflict checks;
 2. Building web pages using Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, WP Bakery, etc. and making PHP-based templates using flexible content plugins like ACF;
 3. Customizing plugins and themes and developing custom functionalities using hooks (actions & filters);
 4. Solving problems and creating functionalities using DOM manipulation through jQuery or JavaScript;
 5. Conducting thorough testing of all changes across multiple devices/resolutions to ensure flawless functionality;
 6. Keeping clients and team members updated about work progress.
Requirements:
