Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support via phone, chat, and email to veterinary clinics and pet owners.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Level 1 support experience in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product environment. You should be proficient in Zendesk Talk, Messaging, and Support or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
* Provide timely responses and resolutions to all inbound customer support inquiries
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's products and everyday use cases within the veterinary industry
* Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to build and curate knowledge articles
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences to clinics and pet owners
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* 2+ years of Level 1 support experience in a SaaS product environment
* Proficiency in Zendesk Talk, Messaging, and Support or similar platforms
* Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Proven experience in a dynamic startup environment
* Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a broader team
