Project Delivery Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to oversee the execution of complex initiatives in an agile engineering environment. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning end-to-end delivery of complex projects, from planning through execution and completion
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
* Able to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* BASIC SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus
