Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless IT operations, delivering prompt and effective support to employees.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms.
* Deploy and integrate new productivity and collaboration tools efficiently.
* Implement robust endpoint security measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
* Assist in cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Requirements
* Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience/certifications.
