We’re looking for a proactive and business-minded Strategy Specialist to join our Strategy and M&A team. You will work closely with leadership to drive integration initiatives, coordinate strategic projects, and ensure consistent execution across multiple workstreams.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with a strategic mindset, a self-starter who knows how to follow up, connect the dots, and make things happen.
What you will do
* Drive strategic initiatives across the company, helping structure and advance projects that support Celcoin’s growth and long-term strategy.
* Build and manage project dashboards, timelines, and governance routines to ensure visibility, alignment, and disciplined execution.
* Partner with teams across M&A, product, operations, and finance to structure analyses, solve complex problems, and move initiatives forward.
* Prepare high-quality materials and presentations for leadership, synthesizing insights, recommendations, and next steps.
* Bring analytical rigor and structured thinking to complex business questions, helping translate strategy into tangible outcomes.
What we are looking for
* 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or PMO/project management roles.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and ensure accountability.
* Strong analytical thinking and business orientation, someone who understands not just how to manage projects, but why they matter for the company.
* Hands-on, detail-driven, and comfortable following up across teams to get things done.
* Proficiency in English and Excel/PowerPoint.
* Experience in banking, credit, payments, or financial services is a strong plus.
