The environment is remote with only 2‑3 hours of internal meetings per week.Key responsibilities include:Email marketing: planning flows, building automations, optimizing newsletters and campaigns.Digital advertising: running Meta and Google campaigns, exploring new platforms, measuring performance.Growth initiatives: researching new markets, testing pilot projects, scaling successful tactics.Creative assets: creating case studies, exploring sponsorships, pitching bold ideas.Analytics: digging into data, building dashboards, reporting results.We value a fast mover, collaborator, growth‑driven mindset, and strong execution skills.
