Agile Transformation Specialist
About the Role
This is a hands-on opportunity to support the continuous improvement of Agile practices in a Product & Engineering environment. The successful candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support and guide one or two Scrum teams, and partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
