Agile Project Facilitator

This role demands expertise in agile methodologies and their practical application in complex projects.

* Organizing ART events, such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt meetings
* Managing the ART calendar to ensure program-level cadence and efficiency
* Mentoring teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on lean-agile principles
* Fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and improvement within the team
* Identifying, tracking, and resolving impediments and risks that may impact project progress

The ideal candidate will have experience with JIRA and Salesforce, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. They should be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, and drive decision-making processes.
