#### Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for designing and maintaining on-call and coverage plans, owning incident management processes, defining key service metrics, and acting as an incident lead/coordinator during major incidents. Additionally, they will create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and triage guides for SRE engineers; train first-line/SRE teams; establish configuration management processes; work closely with customers; clarify scope boundaries with customers; monitor effort vs contract performance.
