In order to leverage the evolutions arising in its business environment in Latam&US, we are looking for an IT Program Manager who will support this digital transformation combining technical, payment mastering and business understanding.
Reporting to the Latam&US VP IT & Payment, this role is key to manage strategic IT projects across Latam&US countries and accompany them properly in the definition, management and execution of these projects.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
The Program Manager will be responsible for:
- The successful delivery of the whole Program, He/she will set goals, plan the programs from start to completion.
He/she will ensure the delivery of new products or services from projects with the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the Program plan and Program governance arrangements.
- The co-ordination of the Program's projects and management of their inter-dependencies.
He/she will monitor performance of the progress and determine the need for improvements.
- The overall integrity and coherence of the Program.
He/She will develop and maintain the Program environment to support each individual project within the scope of the entrusted Programs.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- University degree (computer science, mathematics electrical or mechanical engineering, economics information security); extensive knowledge of Information Technologies and Information Security;
- Proven track record of Portfolio Management and Program management, preferably linked with Digital Transformation.
PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI certification is a plus;
- Strong background in International & Technology oriented field, preferably with Payment industry, Fintech and/or Transactional business;
- The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams;
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling program;
- Strong orientation on results & metrics with ability to measure and evaluate progress, seek alignment across Global/Regional/Country stakeholders and propose guidance and improvements;
- Good experience with Agile cross-functional collaboration, LEAN approach and Time to Market optimization;
- Good conceptual, analytical and hands-on approach towards Program/Project management framework;
- Understanding the importance of Cybersecurity, Cloud adoption and MDM, embedding these principles into Project Delivery across entrusted Program;
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to maintain highly level of motivation with a commitment to innovation and best practice;
- Ability to travel across Latam&US region frequently;
- Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese (both written & spoken).
