* Analyze user feedback and usability testing results to iterate designs
* Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of five years of experience as a UI/UX designer
* Experience in designing web-based applications
* Familiarity with Figma
* Knowledge of Jira would be advantageous
* Collaboration skills to work closely with development teams
* Ability to apply UI/UX Design principles in an agile environment
