We worked on 20,000+ orders last year with a direct impact of over $37 million in revenue.How do you coordinate the logistics of a million-dollar campaign involving multiple overseas and domestic vendors? How can we reduce our costs and increase our profit margins for a given order? How can you deliver an order in 5 days which has a standard turnaround time of 10 days?You will report to our Operations Manager and work closely with other members of the Fresh Prints team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in one of USA's 5000 fastest growing companies.ResponsibilitiesProcessing all the orders assigned to you promptlyNavigating through the logistical challenges posed by each order to find an optimal solutionCoordinating timelines with Campus Managers/Clients/Vendors/Decorators to ensure that everyone is on the same pageWorking on projects/campaigns as and when requiredEssential RequirementsAt least 2-6 years of experience in Operations/LogisticsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic knowledge of Google SheetsComfortable learning and navigating different tools and platformsMulti-task and balance multiple priorities with deadline oriented approachA proactive mindset: flags issues early, follows through, and seeks clarity when neededJob Location: Work From Home / RemoteWorking Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Brazil Time) or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST (3:00 PM to 12:00 PM Brazil Time), Monday to Friday.
