We’re looking for a curious, analytical professional to support Business Unit (BU) leadership by ensuring accurate financial data and insights for strategic decision-making. This role focuses on closing, consolidation, and analysis of results, without overlapping with accounting. If you have strong experience in controllership, enjoy leveraging data to drive results, and want to make an impact in a growing company, this could be the right opportunity for you.Responsibilities and DutiesSupport accounting in monthly closing and internal control processes, ensuring all information complies with accounting standards and internal policies.Prepare and consolidate the annual budget, aligning it with the BU’s strategy.Analyze and explain performance deviations based on financial and operational KPIs.Manage contracts with outsourced accounting firms in different regions, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.Develop and maintain controls to ensure revenue flow integrity (revenue assurance).Standardize and improve procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, including workflow management, posting rules, governance, and operational efficiency.Provide support to senior leadership in decision-making by delivering financial reports and analysis.Ensure the quality of the company’s financial information, helping guide business decisions with reliable data.Contribute to the BU’s strategic planning.Requirements and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.Experience: At least 5 years in Controllership, FP&A, or similar areas.Knowledge: Advanced understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus. Ability to work with large data sets and transform them into actionable insights.Behavioral Competencies: Proactive, organized, analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and ownership mentality.Languages: Advanced English, both written and spoken, for working with international partners and technical materials.Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Controlling, Finance, or Business; experience in the services sector.
