This is your opportunity to lead Neuron UP's expansion in Brazil and make a real impact in public institutions and government organizations!Your main responsibility will be to drive commercial growth in Brazil's government and public sector, closing strategic deals with state institutions, public hospitals, universities, and official organizations. You will play a key role in positioning Neuron UP as the go-to solution for neurorehabilitation innovation in the region.Main responsabilities:Sales meetings: Coordinate and attend meetings with public sector clients scheduled by the SDR team.Opportunity qualification: Identify decision-makers in government organizations, assess needs, and tailor our value proposition accordingly.Institutional representation: Act as the face of Neuron UP in the public sector, building trust and long-term relationships.Product presentations & demos: Deliver impactful product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits for healthcare and education programs.Proposal design: Develop commercial offers adapted to public procurement processes, tenders, and partnerships.Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, Technical Support, and Customer Success to provide end-to-end service.Full sales cycle management: Accompany clients from the first proposal through to contract signing and handover to Customer Success.What we are looking for:Minimum of 3 years of B2 B Saa S sales experience, ideally with government or public sector clients.Native Portuguese speaker with proficiency in Spanish or English.Strong understanding of Brazilian public procurement processes (tenders, RFPs, framework agreements, etc.).Proven track record in negotiation, institutional relationship building, and complex sales.Experience working with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.Highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator.What we offer:Permanent contract and full-time position with flexible working hours.Location: Remote in Brazil, with occasional travel required.Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic international scaleup.About Neuron UPNeuron UP was founded 12 years ago from the vision of our CEO, Íñigo Fernández de Piérola, to make the work of neurorehabilitation professionals easier and more impactful.
