This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and high-performing commerce applications.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the local SAP 2nd & 3rd Level Support TeamWork operational 50% of the available time in resolving 2nd LS ticketsEnsure compliance with local requirements (labor law, office presence, local processes)Responsible for salary and contract matters, local onboarding processes, and employee well-beingSupport local personnel development and feedback processesManage and monitor KPIs and SLAs in SAP supportPromote innovation and continuous improvement within the teamAct as an interface to internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with the functional manager to align technical goals and feedback loopsFoster team spirit and local corporate cultureRequirementsWillingness to work at least 3 days per week on site in Cotia.At least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP environmentDeep technical knowledge in one of these areas: SD, WM/EWM, MM or FIProven experience in leading teams, ideally in a local context.Experience in stakeholder management and working with international teamsKnowledge of ITIL and agile methods is a plusStrong communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and intercultural competenceBenefits ️ Healthy Lifestyle - On-site gym with payroll discount + Wellhub access.
