IT Support Manager Job Description
About the Role
The IT Support Manager is a leadership position that requires expertise in technology and operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing world-class technical support to our Operations team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Hiring, training, and developing a team of IT professionals
* Supporting all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
* Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions
* Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with operational leadership and staff
* Leading infrastructure builds in new facilities
* Planning, organizing, scheduling, and supervising daily technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, and installations
* Measuring, monitoring, and maintaining team's ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA) li>Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes
* Overseeing equipment and parts inventory management
* Creating, managing, and supporting recognition and communication programs
* Traveling up to 30% .
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 4+ years of experience leading technology teams as an information technology operations manager
* Advanced English language skills
* Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
