We are looking for a Planejador to join our team, responsible for developing, consolidating, and monitoring the company's strategic and operational planning, ensuring projects, goals, and resources align with corporate objectives. The role involves creating schedules, analyzing indicators, and controlling deadlines, resources, and costs, promoting efficiency and informed decision-making. A strong focus on organization, data analysis, and communication is essential.
Responsibilities
* Physical, economic, and financial planning of projects;
* Experience in project management, physical and financial planning of activities (preferred);
* Monitoring measurements and billing;
* Tracking project development, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and field services;
* Knowledge of cost control within management systems and expense recording routines (preferred);
* Issuing invoices through the sending of invoices and proformas to clients, as well as managing the validity of negative certificates and other supporting documents;
* Time tracking and distribution across projects.
Minimum Requirements
* Degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience with Contract Planning;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
