Job Title: Agile Coach
We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies. As an Agile Coach, you will facilitate effective collaboration and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient team collaboration and delivery.
* Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals.
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals) to ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinate cross-team dependencies and promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 8+ years in Agile delivery.
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms.
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies.
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination).
* Proficiency with Jira (boards, filters, dashboards), Confluence (documentation), CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
* Scrum certifications: CSM or PSM I / PSM II.
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge, including catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, and Order Management Systems (OMS).
