Product Design Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for defining and owning the design vision for our products, leading end-to-end design for web and mobile, and architecting AI-native product experiences.
Job Description
We are looking for a talented designer who can help us shape the future of our industry. As a Product Design Lead, you will work directly with our CEO, CTO, and Product team to:
* Define and own the design vision for our products
* Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile, including UX flows, UI systems, and visual identity
* Architect AI-native product experiences that feel intuitive, not artificial
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Battle-tested experience designing and shipping real products
* A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and modern frontend frameworks
* Experience designing for AI interactions, such as chatbots and workflows
* A startup mentality, with a willingness to go beyond your job title
