The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, excellent English language skills (main work language serving North American clients), and a proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing. Additionally, you will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, WordPress/HTML, and analytics platforms.
About the Role
* Phase 1: Attracting Quality Doctors
o You will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to underserved regions.
o Key responsibilities include identifying key messaging angles, leveraging data to highlight regional demand, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
* Phase 2: Helping Doctors Build Their Practice
o Once doctors are placed, you will lead efforts to build their visibility and trust in the community through localized marketing.
o Your work will help doctors launch with confidence, build a steady flow of patients, and establish long-term relationships.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Good level in English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, WordPress/HTML, and analytics platforms
