We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional support and expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud's Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. As part of a global team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with SOX requirements, and adherence to ITIL standards.
 * Support the operations of Accounts Receivable, Customers, Invoicing and Payments, and Collections modules within Oracle ERP Cloud.
 * Resolve tickets efficiently and effectively, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams to meet established deadlines (SLA).
 * Provide expert support during the monthly accounting close process in regions such as LATAM, USA, and APAC.
 * Conduct thorough regression testing on quarterly updates to the Oracle SaaS environment to ensure seamless functionality.
 * Ensure strict adherence to SOX requirements and maintain accurate documentation aligned with ITIL standards.
 * Leverage your leadership skills to drive support operations focusing on quality, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
 * Implement best practices using tools like ServiceNow and GitLab to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
 * Functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud: Receivables, Customers, Collections, and Billing.
 * Proficiency in capturing tax documents and integration with Syncro or EDICOM.
 * In-depth understanding of Brazilian taxation applied to billing and accounts receivable.
 * Experience with Oracle localizations for Brazil (LACLS) and report generation.
 * Familiarity with tools such as BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), FBDI, ADFDi.
 * Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
 * A proactive approach, collaborative work ethic, and results-driven mindset.
 * At least 3 complete cycles of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions.
 * A degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.
