Training Operations Coordinator RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Coordinator to join our team.As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by coordinating training programs and initiatives that meet their needs and expectations.Your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer training requirements and work closely with our learning delivery team to determine the number of sessions needed to train employees.You will be responsible for initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, as well as organizing and coordinating training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.In addition, you will ensure seamless communication and coordination with our Indian team for any changes or updates in training events/programs.You will also be responsible for supporting the completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing, ensuring adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.This role requires 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, and a customer service-oriented posture.Key Responsibilities:Analyze customer training requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.Coordinate training programs and initiatives with cross-functional teams.Ensure timely and efficient execution of training sessions.Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.International work environment experience preferred.Customer service-oriented mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
