Track our ratings on Google and OpenTable.Provide weekly marketing campaign reports by location with insights into performance, what's working, and suggestions for improvement (social, email, influencer, promotions).
Reports are pulled from our POS system - Toast.Prepare monthly performance reports by location for P&L meetings (Reviews and Delivery) including some information about our direct competitors.Send delivery sales reports, including campaign results, sales trends, and insights.Send Google Business Profile reports for all four locations.Send social media performance reports (posts, reels, stories) with insights.Manage and report on Meta Ads: monitor active ads, create/test new ads, and analyze performance.Schedule email campaigns according to the marketing calendar and report on results.Campaign & Market AnalysisMonitor daily Power BI sales performance reports to track location performance.Benchmark competitors and analyze market activity for trends and opportunities.Provide campaign analysis reports that not only summarize numbers but also recommend actions (stories, Google post themes, influencer outreach).
