Senior Paid Media Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled SEM Specialist to manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands.
* Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving ROAS & CPA.
* Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to drive profitability.
* Creative testing & ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
* Competitor & market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy.
* Reporting & insights generation using analytics tools.
Requirements
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center.
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores.
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).

* Familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce.
* Knowledge of email marketing & CRO strategies to enhance funnel efficiency.
