Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need many engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics. In short, we fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Telescope\'s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through relocation processes.Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics.Coordinate with clients across industries (software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development).Plan and execute recruitment activities in coordination with colleagues in multiple countries.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or equivalent technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and keep trying.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.DetailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
