 * The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for running and overseeing project management and program management functions across the entire organization.
 * They will also manage business operations internally within the company.
 * In addition, they will be responsible for managing trade shows and holiday market events, including staffing, logistics, and planning.
 * The role requires travel to the United States as needed for trade shows and events.
 * The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for running annual and quarterly planning for the company.
 * They must set the pace and ensure all stakeholders are accountable to timelines.
 * The departmental KPIs for annual and quarterly goal setting will be determined by this role.
Requirements and Qualifications
