Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams.
* Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress, ensuring seamless workflows.
* Cultivate Agile best practices within the team, providing guidance on frameworks and principles.
* Collaborate with product owners to develop clear communication strategies and manage product backlogs.
* Monitor team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
* Emphasize continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring opportunities.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Align Scrum practices with organizational goals and objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.

* Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
