About the Role
We are looking for a Crewing Assistant to support our growing operations in Brazil. With two vessels now active in the region, we are strengthening our crewing team to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely crew management.
In this role, you will support crew changes, documentation, training arrangements, onboarding, and flag‑state applications. You will work closely with the Crew Planner, Crewing Coordinator, and Crewing Officer to ensure all crew joining our vessels are fully prepared and compliant.
What You Will Do
Support the processing of flag-state applications (endorsements, seaman’s books, etc.)
Coordinate visa requests and travel documentation for crew
Assist in preparing and processing POs for crew changes and training
Handle documentation for onboarding and pre-employment checks
Ensure all data is accurately recorded and kept up to date in the system
Liaise with internal teams to support crew scheduling and logistics
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in crewing or maritime operations
Knowledge of STCW, MLC, ISM, ISPS, CBA, and flag-state regulations (preferred)
Proficiency in English
Ability to work with standard office equipment and systems
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
