We specialize in placing experienced creative professionals in remote roles, helping teams scale efficiently while maintaining high creative quality, strong communication and time zone alignment.
We’re currently working with global clients across the US and Europe looking for AI-native video creatives across different levels of seniority and specialties. We’re building a network of AI Video Generators capable of creating everything from cinematic long-form storytelling and branded entertainment pieces to high-performing social ads and performance-driven short-form content.
About The Role
We’re looking for creatives deeply interested in AI-generated video workflows, storytelling and emerging creative technologies.
This search is open to different types of AI Video profiles, including:

Some projects are focused on cinematic storytelling, branded entertainment and long-form narrative content, while others focus on high-performing social videos, digital ads and performance-driven creative for platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
We’re looking for people who combine creativity, speed and experimentation with a strong understanding of AI video tools and modern content workflows.
Role Overview
Depending on the project, you may work on:
• AI-generated cinematic storytelling and narrative-driven videos
• Short-form performance marketing videos for social platforms
• AI-assisted editing, compositing and motion workflows
• Character consistency and world-building using AI tools
• Creative ideation, prompting and visual experimentation
• Video concepts, pacing and storytelling
• AI-enhanced post-production and content iteration
You’ll collaborate with creative, marketing and content teams while helping shape next-generation AI video production pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Create AI-generated video content from concept to final output
Use AI tools and generative workflows to develop cinematic or social-first video content
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on concepts, scripts and storyboards
Edit and adapt videos for multiple formats and platforms
Experiment with new AI tools, workflows and visual styles
Apply feedback quickly and iterate on creative output
Maintain strong storytelling, pacing and visual consistency
Integrate motion design, sound, graphics and post-production when needed
Stay updated with trends in AI video, social content and digital storytelling

Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic, narrative or performance-driven video work
Experience with AI video generation tools and prompting workflows
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual composition
Experience editing short-form or long-form video content
Ability to work independently in fast-moving creative environments
Strong English communication skills

Motion graphics experience
VFX or compositing background
