Achieve excellence in Oracle ERP Cloud support and operations.
We are seeking a senior professional to lead our global team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, SOX compliance, and ITIL adherence.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Acting in key modules: Accounts Receivable, Customers, Invoicing and Payments, Collections
 * Resolving tickets within SLA deadlines in partnership with suppliers and internal teams
 * Supporting users during monthly accounting close in LATAM, USA, and APAC regions
 * Conducting regression testing on quarterly Oracle SaaS environment updates
 * Maintaining SOX compliance and documentation aligned with ITIL standards
 * Leading support operations focusing on quality, communication, and continuous improvement
 * Implementing best practices using ServiceNow and GitLab tools
 * Collaborating with Oracle engineering teams for effective integrations
Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following technical skills and qualifications:
 * Functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud: Receivables, Customers, Collections, and Billing
 * Capture tax documents and integration with Syncro or EDICOM knowledge
 * Understanding of Brazilian taxation applied to billing and accounts receivable
 * Experience with Oracle localizations for Brazil (LACLS) and report generation
 * Proficiency in BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), FBDI, ADFDi tools
 * Clear communication skills in Portuguese and English
 * Proactivity, collaborative work, and results-oriented mindset
 * At least 3 complete cycles of Oracle Cloud implementation experience
 * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
