Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth across LATAM.
* Build and manage key accounts, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional food & beverage.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluency in Portuguese and strong Spanish skills; English is an asset.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely with excellent territory/time management skills.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (ZOHO preferred).
