Job Summary:
The role of Scrum Master is a vital part of our project management team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating smooth Scrum processes, ensuring effective collaboration among team members, and driving the adoption of Agile methodologies.
* Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies, including basic knowledge of project management tools.
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience with applications hosted in cloud environments.
* Advanced proficiency in English communication skills.
* Certification as a Certified Scrum Master is a plus but not required.
* At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, with excellent communication skills and experience in Project Management.
* Manage multiple Scrum Calls and Teams together.
* Develop a good understanding of Consumer retail Business.
* Be well-versed with Jira and have experience working with it.
