ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Fulfillment Hunter with a sharp analytical mind, a strong sense of ownership, and an entrepreneurial drive. This role blends operational management with commercial engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both data and human interaction. You'll be responsible for improving fulfillment processes and actively recruiting sellers to join our fulfillment program, helping expand our logistics capabilities and seller network.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
* Oversee inbound and storage deadlines at our distribution center.
* Monitor logistics KPIs including service level, delivery times, SLA adherence, and inventory accuracy.
* Identify and solve operational bottlenecks by proposing and implementing process improvements.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Technology, and Transportation teams to ensure efficient, scalable logistics solutions.
* Ensure sellers in the program meet fulfillment standards and receive a positive experience.
Seller Acquisition & Enablement
* Filter and prioritize a seller pitching list based on value potential.
* Perform cold calls and conduct commercial presentations to convert platform sellers into fulfillment program participants.
* Creatively optimize pitch messaging and tailor scenarios based on seller profiles.
* Track and manage seller onboarding progress through systems and daily check-ins.
* Proactively resolve onboarding and operational issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Deliver actionable reports and insights on new partner performance and commercial opportunities.
Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in fulfillment, operations, supply chain, sales, logistics, or related fields.
* Preferred backgrounds in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Supply Chain, or similar quantitative fields (not mandatory).
* Experience in Marketplace/e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
* Prior exposure to fulfillment programs is ideal, but not required.
* Advanced/ Fluent English communications skills is a plus.
