Job description The Tax Manager will be responsible for the management of direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning, ensuring compliance with current legislation and the optimization of the tax burden Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc Monitor tax compliance processes and work closely with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met. Manage and respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, including coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities. Analyze changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance. Desired profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law. Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred. Solid experience in direct and indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning; Knowledge in Transfer Pricing and attendance to external audits; Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders; Language: Fluent in Portuguese (native proficiency).
