Job Description Summary:
Lead a team across multiple LATAM countries to deliver critical financial information and insights to enable decision-making within the LATAM OU through FP&A activities. Responsibilities include Commercial Finance, Marketing Finance, and Financial Planning, covering Unit Case Sales, Concentrate Shipments, Revenues, Deductions, DME, COGS, Opex, Capex, Working Capital, and cash flow. The role involves managing the delivery of close & planning cycles, actuals analysis, daily service, and ad hoc analysis.
The primary focus is on service delivery within a set framework, working with and supporting the FP&A Optimization team to optimize processes. The role supports OU stakeholders through a team of company associates and our managed service provider, Genpact, leading a virtual team of approximately 20 company associates and additional Genpact associates. The position is networked with the Centre, the Operating Unit, and other areas of the Finance Hub, including Genpact.
What You’ll Do for Us
* Lead end-to-end FP&A service delivery for Commercial Finance, Marketing Finance, and Financial Planning within the Operating Unit.
* Manage a team of both KO and Genpact associates.
* Collaborate with Centre, OU stakeholders, other OU service teams, the FP&A Optimization team, and Genpact to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Provide actionable insights and information to OU stakeholders.
* Work with stakeholders to prioritize activities and initiatives appropriately.
Qualifications and Requirements
* 10-20 years of related FP&A experience, including leadership roles.
* Experience influencing and communicating effectively across diverse business stakeholders.
* Experience in other business functions or field operations is advantageous.
* Proven ability to lead virtual teams.
* Ability to assess and manage risk.
* Experience working in a multinational company with a global footprint.
