Required Qualifications:- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.- Strong expertise in:- Data modeling (star schema, relationships);
- DAX (advanced calculations, performance tuning);
- Power Query (M language).- Experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred).- Proven ability to optimize report performance and scalability.- Experience working with distributed teams (nearshore/offshore).- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Cvent, or similar platforms.- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and reverse ETL.- Experience in B2B events, marketing analytics, or customer data environments.- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or leading technical teams.
