It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: The role does not follow a fixed schedule and may be
assigned to AM or PM shifts within Pacific Standard Time (PST). Example shift hours
may include 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST, or 12:00 PM to 9:00
PM PST. The schedule will be communicated in advance and follows a 5x2 work
pattern.

The Vehicle Inspector role provides vehicle inspections for customers. Vehicle Inspectors will work in an online environment to provide vehicle inspections via video chat. Having live interaction with
ride share drivers, those with good customer service skills, ability to multitask and can
learn quickly will excel in the Vehicle Inspector role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiate video calls with drivers at their scheduled appointment time.
- Camera must remain on during all inspections with the company background
applied. Maintain a professional appearance; casual but neat attire is required.
- Explain the inspection process clearly and concisely.
- Answer basic questions related to the inspection or redirect to the appropriate team
when necessary.
- Verify the driver’s identity and confirm their inspection request.
- Guide the driver step-by-step in positioning their phone or camera to show the
necessary parts of the vehicle.
- Exterior and interior of the vehicle (including tires, lights, mirrors, seat belts, horn,
and other key points)
- Observe and assess the condition of each required inspection point to determine
whether the vehicle meets compliance standards.
- Communicate the pass/fail result to the driver and provide a brief explanation if the
vehicle fails.
- Record the inspection outcome (Pass, Fail, or No-Show) in the internal system
immediately after the appointment.

● Rideshare inspection knowledge a plus

● Inspectors must have their own computer, smartphone and strong wifi service
