Could you be the Electric Engineer in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll make a tangible impact by designing, testing, and delivering technical solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Customer Service, Program Management, Field Start-up), lead activities regarding document revision and approvals, and provide technical expertise to support cross-functional needs, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of engineering design reviews and system test procedures, but also ensure traceability and compliance in all technical documents.
We’ll look to you for:
Reviewing technical specifications, estimating costs and schedules, and planning your work.
Designing engineering interfaces, solving design problems, and developing innovative alternatives.
Testing and documenting engineering solutions while participating in design reviews with customers.
Providing technical expertise to support Customer Service, Program Management, and other departments.
Generating engineering reports, financial analyses, and technical proposals.
Maintaining design manuals and ensuring compliance with defined schedules.

Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience with the Innovia 300 Monorail product and Monorail Line 15 specifications.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems to interpret and support solutions effectively.
Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, PDM, SAP, Microsoft Office, Teams, and AT tools. Knowledge of Canalyzer, Signalling, and SCADA is a plus.
Ability to lead document revisions and pursue approvals with customers.
Fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.
Willingness to travel if necessary.
