Main Responsibilities
* Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
* Document and track incidents and service requests across various platforms.
Key Requirements
* Familiarity with ticketing platforms and experience in managed service providers (MSPs).
* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication skills).
Tech Skills
* Proficiency in Office 365 and other business applications.
* Ability to administer user accounts and configure system settings.
