Job Title: Senior Regional Talent Manager

This role requires an experienced HR professional to drive and implement global talent initiatives across key Latin American markets, addressing unique regional challenges.
* Strategic Business Guidance: Provide expert counsel to senior regional executives on translating business objectives into actionable people plans
* Performance Optimization: Offer guidance on maximizing business unit performance through effective talent management strategies
* Global Integration: Facilitate collaboration with global Centers of Expertise to ensure global talent initiatives are effectively localized and deployed across LATAM markets
2. Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
* Process Enhancement: Champion continuous improvement mindset, actively soliciting feedback from leadership population to refine HR processes and knowledge resources
* Service Model Efficiency: Effectively manage executive requests, leveraging deep knowledge of shared services model
* Knowledge Leadership: Contribute to overall organizational knowledge base and foster active knowledge sharing across global HR community
3. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
* Experience and Educational Foundation
o 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with minimum of 4+ years in senior HR Business Partnering or strategic advisory role spanning multiple LATAM countries
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is highly desired
* Critical Competencies
o Business Acumen: Possesses robust business knowledge (industry trends, competitors, market position)
o Executive Influence: Exceptional ability to build trust, influence senior leaders (VP/Director), Bilingual Capability: Fluent English is mandatory
o Agility and Judgment: Demonstrates high levels of resilience, adaptability, and critical thinking to navigate ambiguity, manage high-pressure situations, and exercise sound judgment
o Technical Familiarity: Experience with leading HRIS platforms and service management tools is preferred
