Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting and developing top talent across the USA. The role involves managing the recruitment process from end to end, collaborating with the leadership team, and ensuring a seamless interview process for candidates.
About the Role
* Sourcing: Identify and source hard-to-fill positions, utilizing innovative sourcing methods, including agile methodologies, to find the best talent in PropTech.
* Talent Pooling: Build diverse talent pools through effective targeting and talent pipelining of both passive and active candidates, ensuring regular and accurate updates of job adverts, external boards, and recruitment networking.
* Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and guidance, delivering clear and transparent information, and managing expectations.
* Collaborative Hiring Process: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, facilitate candidate feedback sessions, and work closely with HR teams to manage offer negotiations, pre-employment checks, and onboarding processes.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in hiring processes.
* Knowledge of online sourcing, including social and professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
* Candidate experience-focused professional, passionate about employer branding and creative sourcing approaches.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable, and articulate.
* Advanced English language proficiency.
* Ability to establish trusted relationships with management, candidates, and external partners.
* Positive attitude combined with a desire to make work enjoyable.
