Job Overview
We're looking for a bilingual (Portuguese / English) project-management professional with a solid technical toolkit and on-the-ground research experience to lead a fast-moving automotive UX study in São Paulo.
* The successful candidate will orchestrate day-to-day study operations, assist in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers, and provide light device/IT support to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management & Coordination: Build and own the project plan—timelines, budget, participant milestones—working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.
* Field & Research Execution: Moderate ~2 weeks of in-vehicle sessions in São Paulo, guiding participants through tasks and capturing high-quality data.
* Technical & Logistics Support: Prep, track, and recover equipment used to execute study. Troubleshoot participant hardware, connectivity, and account issues; escalate edge-case bugs to engineering via a ticketing system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken & written).
* 3+ years in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar.
* Comfort diagnosing common hardware/connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Android/iOS devices, Bluetooth peripherals).
* Tools: Google Workspace, project-management suite (Asana/JIRA), basic spreadsheets; willingness to learn our proprietary research platform.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, proactive communication, unflappable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
