Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a VMware/Broadcom VCI Instructor who is fluent in Japanese. The instructor will deliver official VMware/Broadcom training to students and professionals in a virtual & live environment. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, facilitating engaging learning sessions, assessing participant progress, and providing feedback to support skill development. Effective communication and teaching techniques are essential for ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications
* It is mandatory that you must hold a valid VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification.
* Proficiency in Japanese with strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners effectively
* Solid understanding of course content structure
* Proven experience or certification in VMware and/or Broadcom training programs
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to different learning styles
* Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms
* Relevant teaching/training certification(s) is a plus
* It is highly desirable that you have already passed the VMware Instructor Certification Workshop (ICW). This 5-day workshop, however we will provide all necessary training to become a VCI.
