Job Title: B2B Kitchen Cabinet Sales Specialist

Our client’s company is a growing e-commerce company specializing in high-quality kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. As they are expanding their B2B services, they are looking for an experienced Kitchen Cabinet Designer & Sales Specialist to join their team.
In this role, you will also support an additional in-house home product brand focused on modern, design-oriented residential solutions. Training and product knowledge will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively reach out to builders, contractors, interior designers, and other B2B clients. Build strong, long-term business partnerships.
* Consultative Sales: Understand client project requirements, budgets, and design challenges; recommend tailored cabinetry solutions.
* Design Creation: Develop practical, scalable, and visually appealing layouts using 20-20 Design or AutoCAD.
* Proposals & Quoting: Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations including cost breakdowns, timelines, and installation scopes.
* Design Iteration: Present concepts, gather client feedback, and refine designs to meet expectations.
* Vendor & Supplier Collaboration: Coordinate with partners to maintain updated offerings and prepare customized solutions.
* CRM & Operations: Track leads, manage pipelines, and record client interactions in Pipedrive or other CRM systems.
* Additional Product Support: Provide sales assistance and client communication for another design-focused home product brand.
* Industry Insight: Stay up to date with cabinetry trends, materials, and innovations.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of B2B sales or design experience in the kitchen/cabinetry industry (4+ years strongly preferred).
* Strong knowledge of cabinetry specifications, commercial design, and construction drawings.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency with design tools such as 20-20 Design and/or AutoCAD.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred) and digital communication tools (WhatsApp, Dialpad).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote team environment.
* Spanish fluency preferred; English proficiency required.
* Experience with e-commerce is a plus.
