Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Process Analyst passionate about quality and processes to join the Häfele Brasil Ltda. team.
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Map and redesign end-to-end processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
* Propose and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and result quality.
* Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) and process analysis tools.
* Develop reports, indicators, and dashboards to monitor process performance.
* Support digital transformation projects and activity automation.
* Facilitate the standardization of workflows, procedures, and best practices across departments.
* Collaborate with managers and teams, conducting process workshops and training sessions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Experience in process mapping and improvement.
* Knowledge of modeling and analysis tools (Visio, Bizagi, BPMN, etc.).
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with value stream mapping (VSM).
* Advanced English.
* Analytical, organized profile with strong communication and teamwork skills.
