Senior experience designer

About the Role
The position of Senior Product Designer involves defining and leading design experiences across three core products—web and mobile. As a key member of the team, you will take ideas from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage full research process from planning and scheduling to execution and synthesis
- Lead usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and information to vet and refine designs
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states
- Establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library

Requirements
To succeed in this fast-paced environment, you should have a strong bias for action and a scrappy attitude toward the product development process. You should be flexible and willing to pivot when necessary. Additionally, you should have experience designing for similar users, preferably nurses or senior care professionals.
